Zoum Eco Clean (Green Arms), operating under the brand name Zoum (زووم) (“Zoum”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates the website zoumecoclean.com.
By accessing, browsing or using the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Website provides information about Zoum, our approach to cleaning, ingredients, educational content and Products available for purchase.
Products may include laundry detergents, laundry boosters, surface cleaners, bundled product sets and other products introduced by Zoum from time to time.

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

- Incorrect pricing or Product information has been displayed
- Payment cannot be authorised or verified
- We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity
- Delivery information is incomplete or invalid

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount using the applicable payment method or another reasonable method.

Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes. Minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or presentation may occur because of photography, screen settings, packaging updates or production changes.

- Storing Products appropriately
- Using Products only for their stated cleaning purpose
- Keeping Products away from unintended use
Product suitability may depend on the fabric, surface, material, washing conditions, water conditions and manner of use. Where appropriate, test a Product on a small or inconspicuous area before wider use.
Zoum is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, excessive use, failure to follow Product instructions, use on unsuitable materials, or use for a purpose other than that stated for the Product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Bundles and promotional sets
Zoum may offer Products together as bundles, sets or promotional combinations at a combined price.
The contents of each bundle will be stated on the applicable Product page. Where a bundle allows a Product choice, such as a choice between Surface Cleaners, you are responsible for selecting the required option before completing your order.
Bundle savings are calculated against the applicable individual Product prices at the time the bundle offer is made. Bundle pricing, contents and availability may change for future orders.
10. Prices and taxes
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD), unless another currency is expressly stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed where relevant before your order is completed.
We may change Product prices, discounts, bundle pricing or promotional offers at any time. Any change will apply to future orders and will not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
